Dahi Bhalla or Dahi Vada is a type of chaat dish from India. It is prepared by soaking urad dal vadas in creamy yogurt with green and red chutney. Tri color dish. Indian Tiranga Flag colors food.
Steps

Firstly wash the dal 2 -3 time and keep socking for 4-5 hours.

After socking, remove whole water and blend it well without water and make a smooth paste.

Further, add a pinch of hing and salt and mix it well.

Heat oil into work and deep Frying bhalla until lightly pink.

Now keep a bowl and add 4 cups of and pour ready bhalle into the water and keep cool.

Further, whisk curd and add powdered sugar and mix it well.

Now squeeze water from bhalle.

Now take a serving plate and place ready on it and pour whisk curd on the bhalle and imli chutney and coriander chutney upon the Dahi bhalle.

Further sprinkle salt, red chili powder and cumin powder.

Ready to serve Dahi bhalle and enjoy.
