Mini cheese samosa

First, take a bowl and add all the above ingredients potatoes, cheese, spring onion, chicken, and chili flakes with Italian seasoning.

Mix all together. Now make small samosas using swift samosa sheets. fill 1 tbsp batter in each samosa.

Fold the samosas using 1 whole sheet. keep turning till you get the last edge, apply some flour paste so that it sticks well.

Just see how many I made these(pic1)now shallow fry till slightly golden brown and remove on the paper towel. serve hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy.

When you break it you can see how creamy and cheesy it is!! awesome snack with minimal ingredients. Must try.
