Chop onions, make tomatoes pury, keep peas ready, and make paneer cubes. Heat a pan add oil and fry paneer to brown in color.

Now in the same pan add ghee, cumin seeds and hing. Then add chopped onion and paste and saute them on low flame. Add dry masala and mix it well add tomato pury and cook.

Now add malai and cook till the masala releases oil. Then add peas and fried paneer along with salt, saute and mix well. Add the required amount of water and cover the lid. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. Our Dhaba style matar paneer is ready to serve with roti or rice and enjoy it hot with buttermilk.
