Bhagar Khichdi
Steps

Clean and wash bhagar and soak it in water.

Heat oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds, turmeric, groundnuts, curry leaves, chillies and potatoes and saute.

After 5 minutes add ginger paste and tomatoes and saute.

Then add red chilli powder, salt, bhagar and water, mix everythin well.
- 5
After the water boils, close the lid of the cooker and switch off the gas after blowing 2 whistles. After the cooker cools down, mix it.

So, Bhagar Khichdi is ready, Serve hot with curd.
