Steps

Wash & dip in warm salted water for 5 min. Make marinate batter. Take all ingredients to a bowl.

Make a thick batter & dip paneer slices. Take a nonstick pan add butter & adjust the slices in the pan slowly.

Roast it on both sides. Add leftover masala batter on paneer chunks. When it becomes crisp turn off the flame.

Garnish it with extra masala. Serve it with onion, red & yellow bell pepper slices. Green coriander chutney is also combined with this paneer Tikka.
