First in a mixing bowl add dark chocolate compound, and butter, and melt with a double boiler or in the microwave at regular intervals of 30secs. Stir and mix well. Set aside to cool for a while.

Now add condensed milk to the bowl and mix well, then add milk and whisk all together until well combined.

Now through a strainer sieve together all the dry ingredients and mix well. Add chopped almonds and give it a good mix.

Now pour the batter into a greased and lined tin, spread some chopped almonds on the top too, and bake in the microwave for 25 to 30 mins on convection mode.

Check by inserting a toothpick in the center, if it comes out clean it means it is done. Let it cool on a wire rack and cut into squares and relish.
