Ingredients

10 minutes
Serves 2 servings
  • 1.1 lbsstore-bought potato gnocchi (500 grams)
  • 7 ozsmoked salmon or gravlax (200 grams)
  • 7 ozcrème fraîche (200 grams)
  • 1.75 ozarugula (50 grams)
  • To taste, chili powder for garnish
  • 1 tablespoonblack sesame seeds

    Place the crème fraîche and half of the arugula in a blender. Blend until you get a smooth, green sauce.

    Add the smoked salmon or gravlax, as you prefer, and stir in a tablespoon of black sesame seeds (they pair perfectly with the salmon).

    Drain the gnocchi, add the remaining arugula, and sauté over high heat for about 1 minute. If it’s too dry, add a ladle of the cooking water. The arugula should turn a bright green. Plate and serve.
