Preheat oven to 350•F -180•c.
Melt butter and set aside to slightly cool. - 2
In a large bowl mash bananas with a fork. Then add butter sugar, egg, and vanilla and mix well.

Next add dry ingredients one by one flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, and mix them well. Be careful not to over-mix.

Then add almonds and walnut and mix it.

Take one scoop of batter to a muffin pan lined with cupcake liners.

Bake for 15_20 mins. until the center springs back when touched and the center no longer appears wet.

Remove muffins from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. The Banana muffin is ready and eaten enjoy.
