Delicious pasta made with seafood, chilli, red and yellow cherry tomatoes.
Steps

Prepare all your ingredients. Chop the tomatoes, chilli, parsley and peel the garlic

Heat a pot of salted water, ready for the pasta - cook according to instructions.
Put a little olive oil in a pan, heat on medium and cook the seafood for about 4-5 minutes until it releases it's natural water. Remove the seafood and put on a plate. Filter the liquid using kitchen paper or clean tea towel and set a side.
In the same pan add more olive oil, the garlic, chilli and tomatoes. When the tomatoes start to break down, add the seafood and the filtered water.

Cook for about 5-6 minutes while you cook the pasta. Drain pasta 2 minutes from cooking time and add to sauce. Finish cooking the pasta in the sauce. Mix well whilst cooking, add fresh parsley.
