  • 1small head of cabbage, thinly shredded
  • 1carrot, julienned
  • 2sausages
  • 2eggs
  • Seasonings
  • Onion and garlic

  1. 1

    Shred the cabbage and carrot thinly. Slice the sausages on a diagonal. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant, then add the sausages.

    Add the vegetables and stir-fry evenly. Season to taste. Spread the vegetables around the edge of the pan and crack the eggs into the center. When the eggs are just cooked, mix them together with the vegetables. Finish with black pepper and chopped green onions.

    Transfer to a plate and serve hot with rice.
