Chicken stir fry with tofu scramble

Recently I’ve searched a lot of YouTube videos before finding this special ingredients called “Tofu scramble”, which many people and vegan use to substitute rice. Tofu is not only a good source of protein but also yummy and easy to digest.
So, Today I’ve made Asian-style chicken stir fry with tofu scramble for dinner.

So, Today I’ve made Asian-style chicken stir fry with tofu scramble for dinner.

Prepare all ingredients.

Before cooking kinu tofu, drain and dry it with paper towel. Cut into chunks.

Heat a saucepan with medium heat. Mash and crumble the tofu. Stir fry for 3-5 min until the water from the tofu is mostly gone. Set aside. Clean the saucepan.

Sprinkle all-purpose flour on the chicken and mix well.

Heat the saucepan with medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Season with mirin, mushroom soy sauce, and pepper. Stir fry chicken for 5 min until done.

Add bell pepper and spring onion. Stir fry for 1-2 min. Transfer to a serving platter.
