Peri Peri Paneer Tikka:

This is very tasty and good in color. Usually we do paneer tikka as grilled with regular masala but here we added peri peri sauce for marination and grilling. It’s very tasty and spicy too. This peri peri paneer tikka is very unique and tasty.

In bowl add oil, black pepper, peri peri sauce and lemon juice and cornflour mix well.
Now add all paneer, vegetables mix well and marinated for 1 hour - 2
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C (preheat grill or griddle pan … choice) and oil a baking sheet or grill rack.
Now thread the all paneer and bell peppers onto the skewers.

Bake/grill in the oven for 7 minutes, drizzle over the some extra virgin olive oil turn and cook for another few minutes or until charred at the edges.
Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve as they are or with chutni.
