Steps

Grind tomatoes, ginger, and green chili in a mixer.

Peel, Wash and chop onions. Grate garlic. Chop coriander leaves.

Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and fry till translucent. Now add garlic and green chili and saute for 1 minute. Add 1 tbsp gram flour and saute for 1 minute.

Saute till golden.

Now add tomato puree and mix and saute for 1 minute. Add all dry masale and mix well. Cook till oil leaves the sides of the wok.

Add water and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add semolina rolls and cook on low flame till rolls mixed well in the gravy.

Serve hot with chapatti or parantha.
