Japanese style fried flounder. Crispy and tasty!
Steps

Wash the surface of the flounder well to remove any sliminess, pat dry, cut a criss-cross slit in the skin to allow the flavours to blend well and marinate in the seasoning liquid for 5-10 minutes.

Wipe dry, sprinkle with cornflour and wait for 5 minutes.

Deep-fry in oil at about 170°C until golden crispy.

Drain the oil and serve hot!
