Veal slices with lemon they are a very simple and very quick second course to prepare, they remain soft and juicy with a delicious crust. You can replace the loin with pork, chicken, turkey according to your tastes, they are delicious and in no time you will have a delicious dinner, excellent to serve with a fresh salad!
Steps
- 1
Put the flour on a plate, squeeze the lemon with a juicer; if you squeeze it without it, I advise you to filter the juice through a tight mesh strainer.
- 2
Dip all the veal slices in the flour, making it adhere well on both sides. In a non-stick pan, melt the butter over low heat to prevent it from burning, then add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to cover the pan. If you are unable to cook all the slices of meat together, the advice is to use two pans at the same time in order to serve them all together.
- 3
Brown the veal slices on both sides, then add the lemon juice and cover. Cook for about 3-4 minutes (depending on the thickness of the slices), then turn the meat and cook for a few more minutes without a lid; when the sauce thickens, add salt and add some chopped parsley.
- 4
Before serving, spread a little seasoning over the slices of meat.
