Grilled Cauliflower Steaks with Chimichuri Sauce - You will love the smoky flavor and crispy outer layer of the cauliflower. The tender inside soaks in the flavors of the garlic and olive oil. The cauliflower steaks are finished off with a tangy Chimichuri sauce which is tangy with flavours of parsley. It can be served as a side dish.

2large heads of cauliflower
2 tbspolive oil
1 tspred chili powder
1/2 tbspgarlic powder
1 tbsporegano
as per requirementSalt to taste
For Chimichuri sauce
3/4 cupfresh parsley
1/4 cupcoriander leaves
1 tbspred chili flakes
1small red onion
1 tsplemon zest
1lemon juice
as requiredRock salt
2garlic pods

Cut and wash cauliflower heads

Take olive oil in a bowl. Add all ingredients and mix well. Smear it on cauliflower and let it marinate for 5 minutes.

Grill in a pan /griller.

For Chimichuri sauce, add all the ingredients in a blender and blend.

Serve with hot grilled Cauliflower.
