Ingredients

  • Corn cob as per needed
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tspRed chill powder
  • 1cut in wedges Lemon 🍋
  • Butter 🧈 just for glazing

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix salt and red chilli togather

  2. 2

    Turn on your stove on low and roast the cob from each side it may takes 4-5 min

  3. 3

    When done glaze it with butter first then with the help of lemon wedges rub the masala in it properly

  4. 4

    Enjoy the evening with hot cup of tea and masala roasted corn
