Yummy Broccoli soup 🥦🍲

Take properly washed and cut broccoli florets and soft stem of it.
Take small size onion cut into medium size.
Add salt into it.
Add bay leaf.Cook them for about 10 mins.

Remove the bay leaf.
Filter it.(Don't throw the veg stock, Use it later)
Take other things in grinder.
After it gets cooled down.And make a soft paste like mixture.

In the kadai, take 2 TSP of oil, put crushed garlic, saute it.
Add the mixture.
Stir it well. Let it cook for 3-4 mins.
Add veg stalk.
Add coconut milk.
Add salt if required.

You can add some chilli flakes if want.
Sprinkle some black pepper powder.
( You can add the hot water, if it's more thick in consistency
Adjust the taste accordingly.)Let them cook for another 5- 7 mins.

And it's done.
Serve it hot.
Garnish it with sprig of coriander.

Please.Note:
If you are not use to eat broccoli regularly.
Start with less quantity although it's yummy😋It may cause you stomach/ gas problems, if taken in large quantity.
