Triple Layer Beef Bread

Try this tasty recipe, when I saw my leftover frozen beef steak in my freezer so I thought what to do with it. And here came an idea 💡 and the idea is here, my triple Layer Beef Bread, juicy , yummy & soft 💕
(Also make with any filling or can make with mince or chicken)

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add sifted flour, egg, salt, sugar & yeast.

With little water make a soft dough. Grease with oil and keep into a warm place till rise.

Take beef steak (or can use any boneless Beef) cut in peices and chopperized it.

Grind it fine then let it out & set aside.

Peel & cut the onions into prices Chop the onions well.

In a pan add oil, chopped garlic and ging powder (also use ginger paste). Cook for few seconds then add grinded beef.

Add chopped onions. Chopped carrots and capsicum. Cook for 5 minutes.

Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, chilli flakes and salt.

Add bbq sauce and cook on high flame for 5 minutes. At last give a burnt coal smoke and cover it.

Take risen dough. Make 3 portions in equal size. Flatten all dough portions.

Grease a cake mould with butter. Then set one flatten dough sheet in the base. Spread ketchup mayonnaise then Set the beef mixture on it.

Cover with another layer and spread ketchup mayonnaise and prepared beef mixture, sprinkle Oregano leaves and cheese and olives. Then set another final layer of dough. Make lil marks with knife, sprinkle Oregano leaves and sesame seeds. Brush with oil.

Bake it at 170° for 25-30 minutes. (I bake it in the pateela). Loose the sides with knife and let the bread out from the mould.

Spread ketchup mayonnaise on top, cut into peices and serve.
