In a bowl add soaked black gram lentil now in a mixer jar add black gram lentil and grind it without water now smooth paste is ready and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, add semolina, add urad dal paste, add ginger, add green chili, add salt, add red chili powder, add coriander powder, add carom seeds, add asafoetida, add Fenugreek leaves, add turmeric powder mix it well properly. now add little by little water and knead a semi-soft dough and cover the plate and rest for 10 min. Keep aside.

Now after 10min.knead for dough now take a small portion and make a round shape and little oil on the rolling base and roll it now fry on a high flame and flip it on both sides.bedmi poori is ready.
