Heat oil phir onion brown kar lain then add tomato and spices or bhoon lain

Jab tomato mash hojaye aur masala bhon jaye add aloo aur baingan, green chilies aur thora bhoon kar 1 cup pani dal kar halki aanch par 15 min pakayn

Aloo aur baingan gal jaye aur oil sides par ajaye to tyar hay
