In a bowl mix together the wheat flour, salt, ghee. Mix in warm water. Knead well for 5 mins. Apply 1/2 tsp oil over it. Cover dough with samp cloth or cling film and rest for 10 mins.

While the dough rests, make the paneer mixture. Mix together crumbled paneer, pepper, salt, jeera mix it well.

Make balls from the paratha dough. Press it flat on your palm and place the paneer in the centre. Cover it up and roll flat into paratha shape. Make it slightly thick.

Finally place on tawa and fry both sides with ghee or oil on low flame. Remove from pan and serve hot with some butter & fresh coriander on top.
