Cut lady finger into thin slices and then fry on high heat and medium till 8 min until it becomes crispy and change it's color

Then fry onion.

Then add salt, red chilli, kutta bhunna pissa zeera, dhania powder, chat masala mix well.Serve with Raita....Enjoy
