This dessert is done during Navarathiri puja .Very easy healthy tasty kheer. This prasadhi is 4th day puja dessert. today I have worshipped God Lakshmi and did 108 Sankskrit Mandira and I have invited in my house for haldi and distributed the prasadhi to them.

First wash and soak Sabudana for 25 minute.

Next step, take a pressure cooker wash your Moong dal steamed with water and milk. take 5 to 6 whistle and put off your gas.

Cut all your cashew nuts,almond,and powdered your Elaichi,clean your dry grapes.take small kadai pour some ghee and roast it nicely.keep it in a tray let them cool

Take big kadai cook your Sabudana with help of water and milk.when cooked nicely keep it aside.

Take another kadai pour quarter cup of water and add jaggery let them melt and filter the unwanted dust.keep it away.

Next step open your cooker and take a spatula smash your cooked moong dal mix with your Sabusdana mixture. again mix with your jaggery syrup and cook once again and add remaining milk,coconut milk and add Elaichi powder.Everthing done, transfer in to your serving bowl finally add your fried cashew nut, dry nuts and dry fruits mixture decorate it and do your puja.very tasty healthy dessert is ready.
