Grind dry sabudana in the mixer grinder, make fine powder, then add chopped green chillies 3 to 4, add 2 boiled grated potatoes, add cumin seeds,cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt as per taste,add 2 teaspoon curd, upwas flour(optional), chopped coriander leaves.

Mix all the ingredients together keep adding little water we need medium consistency. Let the batter rest for 15 min.

On non sticky pan spread the batter and cook for 5 minutes both sides. delicious sabudana uttapam is ready.
