Steps

Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil, saute onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and a bunch of palak.

Cool completely and blend to a paste. Also add paneer, potato and roasted besan.

Additionally, add cashews, salt and garam masala. Combine well forming a dough.

Prepare a round balls without any cracks. Roll them in a corn flour and deep fry in hot oil.

Stir occasionally, fry till the kofta turns golden brown and crisp. Take out from kadai and keep aside.

In same kadai heat 3 tsp oil, add cumin, bay leaf, saute, add onion, ginger garlic paste. Saute till onion changes colour.

Add tomato paste, haldi, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, cashew paste mix well.

Cook till 5 min and add water, salt, cover and cook till oil separates.

Add in prepared kofta balls and mix gently. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or till kofta absorb masala.

Add garam masala and kasuri methi, mix well.

Finally, serve palak kofta curry with chapati.
