Egg paste Stuffed bread
Stuffed bread is one of my family's fav👌
Steps

Mix ingredients for dough except salt, knead for some minutes... Add salt and knead... Cover and let it rise for couple of 1-2 hours

For the egg paste...in a pot add the rough blend and oil, stir fry till all water drained, add spices and seasonings and allow to simmer for some minutes, then mix the cornflour with water to form a paste then add to sauce and stir for 2 minutes. Whisk the eggs and pour and continue to stirfry till turns creamy like a paste then off the heat

After an hour or more, deflate the dough, flour working surface and knead for couple of minutes, then cut the dough into parts and mold into ball, then taking a part at a time and sprinkle flour on working surface and on top of the dough and roll into an cylindrical shape as below 1/4 inch thick. Spread the egg paste on top

Then roll and fold the edges as shown in the click below

Line the Baking tray with baking paper, or you can oil the tray if you don't have baking paper, it works well. Line the Stuffed rolled dough and cover with kitchen towel and allow for 30-40min

It will rise more, create a vent with a fork to release trapped air.Preheat oven for couple of minutes

Egg wash and bake for 30min on medium heat
