📌 All the ingredients to be boiled, except bahan tumisan, for 10 - 15 minutes. Once brinjal cooks and softens, strain, save a bit of stock, let it cool.

📌 Blend the cooled mixture and set aside.

📌 Separate wok, heat oil, temper the aromatics until golden, add the blended mixture and let it mix. Add water if its too thick and adjust salt. Dah siap.
