2lbs. red Potatoes Quartered
6Chicken bouillon cubes
4 ozcream cheese
6 cupswater
1/2-1 tsp.Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper

Steps

Boil Potatoes in 6 cups water with Chicken Bouillon cubes and minced garlic until tender.

Drain Potatoes saving the stock

Mix Potatoes and cream cheese adding the reserved liquid until the desired consistency.

Salt and pepper to taste.
