Roast wheat flour on low heat for 10-12 mins.

Add ghee and mix well.

When ghee begins to float on flour, turn off the gas.

Add cardamom powder, grated dry fruits, a pinch of salt, and powdered sugar, and mix everything well together.

Let the mixture cool down completely.

Roll the ladoos from the mixture and garnish with cashew or raisins.
