Straight outta Grandma Myrtle's kitchen with a few enhan enhancements to thicken and a more complex flavor profile

In a large stock pot, brown sausage, don't overcook!

Add diced onion and sauté until translucent
- 3
Add parsley, Mexican oregano and garlic, mix well into meat and onion
- 4
Add water and potatoes, let simmer on medium heat until potatoes are soft
- 5
Add corn, creamed corn and heavy cream, continue simmering on medium heat until well mixed and color is consistent, do not boil!

Add kosher salt and white pepper, stir in and serve hot!
