Desi Ghee Laccha Parantha
Steps

Mix the flour and water to make a dough. Add a pinch of Salt while kneading a dough (Optional)

Cover the dough and let it rest for 5-10min.

Take a good quantity of balls of dough and make a thin & big chappati of it. Apply ghee all over the chappati and sprinkle flour on it so as to get nice layers out of it.

Now fold the layers of chappati as shown in the image below and make a round ball of it.

Now put the lachha chappati on the tawa and make it crispier on both sides by applying Desi Ghee. Your Lachha Parantha is ready to serve with any of your favourite veggies. Do Try it.
