Steps

Take a mixing bowl put ghee &sugar mix it well, and add milk again mixing it till it becomes a creamy texture.

Mix the maida & sesame seeds mix it well. Now mix the dry ingredients with the wet mixture. The dough is ready. Rest it 10mints.

Roll the dough with the help of a rolling board and pin. Cut it with a cookie cutter. Heat oil at normal temperature. Put the pare & deep fry.

Shakarpare is ready.

Cool it & preserve it in an airtight container.

Serve with a cup of tea or coffee.
