Cut all and keep aside

Heat oil in a kadhai and let it boil
Add dry fruits and nuts and saute for a minute on low heat, remove from the kadhai and keep it aside. - 3
Now add mustard seeds and dry red chilies let it splutter, and add chopped tomatoes 🍅
Add salt, turmeric powder, and water
Combine all well, cover with a lid and cook to continue for ten minutes
Remove the cover and saute for a few minutes more or till the tomatoes become soft and mashed, add vinegar and stir constantly. - 4
Add aam satto / mango papor chopped, chopped dates, raisins, and cashew nut in the same kadhai and cook to continue stirring if necessary please keep in mind that don't burn the chutney this time cooking

Last but not least 😅 add sugar to the chutney and saute it constantly till the chutney looks yummy 😋
