In a pan heat ghee and add Makhana, roast, and set aside. Take half of it and add to the blender. Blend into powder.

In a pan add milk and bring it to a boil, add sugar and stir to dissolve. Add Makhana powder and stir to get semi thick consistency.

Add saffron strands, roasted Makhana, and chopped dry fruits and raisins. Stir well.

Plate and enjoy 😊
