  • 1spring onion
  • 1 teaspoonhoney
  • Oil (vegetable oil, seasome oil)

    Soften salted black soybean by soaking into sake for 20min

    Boil broccoli for 60 second. Stiff, not cooked too much.

    Add oil on the pan together with minced spring onion until it smells with mid heat.

    Add soaked salted black soybeans, stir and then add a pinch of salt and honey
