Take a bowl, add 250g besan (gram flour), add salt, pepper according to taste, also add ajwain seeds. Then add water and make a smooth batter. Then add cauliflower, dip it. Take a kadai and put some oil in it and make them heat it. Now add one by one raw cauliflower into the oil and make it fry until it turns golden brown. Like this follow the same procedure with potato and onions.. After all the pakoda are ready, add chaat masala and serve hot with sauce or green chutney or tea.
