Turnip greens are the dark leafy green tops of turnips. Though often discarded, the greens of this plant are edible and utilized in many cuisines, and can be used just like other lettuce and hearty leaves.
Select turnips with bright green leaves sprouting from the top, and utilize the whole plant. Remove the turnip root for later use, then rinse the greens well, dry and cook.

Cut and wash turnip and leaves thoroughly with water 4 to 5 times

Remove all dirt and sand particles.

In paot add oil when it heats up add chopped onion, garlic paste, all spices and cook for 2 min

Then add chopped tomatoes and again cook for 2 min then add turnips with leaves and cook on high flame for 2 min.

Cover it and cook on slow flame till it tender, don't add water it will cook in its own water.

Cook till oil separates.. enjoy with chapati.
