I recently came to Italy 🇮🇹 to study my master and didn’t come prepared to cook as I’m on a full board scholarship. But yesterday was All Saint’s day and I just learnt that our canteen will be closed on all major holidays. So for breakfast I’d to quickly think of something and make an extremely shortcut pizza that turned out really nice regardless 😊

P.S.:- you’re gonna have to eyeball everything 😂 #Christmasgift

Ingredients

  • Tortillas
  • Pizza sauce
  • Pesto
  • Prosciutto
  • Mozzarella or any type melting cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Lay tortilla onto a microwave plate and spread it with pesto and sauce as desired

  2. 2

    Shred prosciutto into smaller threads and top the tortilla with it and finally the cheese

  3. 3

    Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until the cheese melts

  4. 4

    Enjoy right away!
