Mushroom and Curry Risotto

As a risotto lover, I had to try this recipe made with just a few simple ingredients. It has a delicate flavor, and the risotto turns out perfectly creamy and delicious.
I cooked it using a special lid and a small pot in 10 minutes. If you use traditional cooking methods, it will take a few minutes longer, but if you adjust to your method, the result will be similar.
