1/2 tspBaking Soda
1/4 tspHing
1/2 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspCumin seeds
as per requirementOil
as per tasteSalt
1/4 cupWater (approx)

Mix Besan + salt + sugar + chilli powder + hing + cumin seeds + baking soda + water and make a batter. Keep rest for 6-7 minutes.

Now drop small small portions in oil and deep fry till golden yellow / brown.

Fritters are ready.

Serve with tea and enjoy.
