Ingredients

  1. For dough
  2. 2 cupAll-purpose flour
  3. 2 tbsp cooking oil
  4. For stuffing
  5. 2 cupcabbage blended
  6. 2 tspgarlic chopped
  7. 4 piecesgreen chilli crused
  8. 2 tbspcooking oil
  9. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  10. as required Salt according to taste
  11. For manchurian gravy
  12. 2 tsptomato Kechup
  13. 1 1/4 tspchilli sauce
  14. 1 tspsoya sauce
  15. 2 tbspcorn flour
  16. 2 tspoil
  17. as per tasteSalt according to taste
  18. 2 tspkasmiri red chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Will take the flour in a jar add oil and mix it well.

    Slowly pour luck warm water in it.we will make soft dough by kneading.

  3. 3

    And cover to rest for half an hour.

  4. 4

    Will mix it well when we start staffing.

    Khadhai put on flame add oil when heat up add chilli, garlic when it's colour change add cabbage, salt cover the lid.

    Saute after few few min. Add black pepper powder. when it's become soft turn off the flame.

    Now take a small amount of dough spread with rolling pin cover 1tsp subji. In the same way make all momo.

    Steam all momo for 10 min.

    Now we make manchurian

    Take a cup of water add corn flour mix it well. In a bowl add 2 tsp tomato ketchup 1tsp soya sauce 11 /4 tsp chilli sauce. Keep aside.

    Khadhai put on flame add oil add. 1tsp garlic when it's light pink add sauce saute few min.

    Add corn water saute few min. Add 1 glass of water cook few min. Add steamed momo mix it well.

    Now transfer it in serving plate.
