Steps

Wash the tomatoes and dry it cut it in to small pieces

Take a pan add 5ml oil and tomatoes, Tamarind boil it 10min

Tomato in smashed consistency add kallupu required and off the stove and cool it completely

Take a pan add Fenugreek and mustard fry it (3/4th of teaspoon) separately and grind in smooth powder

Grind Tomato tamarind in mixie smooth paste

Take a pan add oil and mustard Fenugreek 1/4teaspoon and add kashmiri chilli powder turmeric powder in it add into the tomato paste

Cook the paste 10min add excess oil in it ready to serve
