Wash and dry you fish then fry it set aside
Peeled off the potatoes,dice them to desired size and cook with salt until it's almost tender sieve and keep aside - 2
Dice your carrot green,red pepper and onions put on some cooking oil into a pan start by adding your onion and the pepper

Add seasoning curry and spices of your choice followed by carrot put in small amount of water to cook for 2-3 minutes

Then add your potatoes and fish allow them to steam for a minute then add your onion springs last and garnish with some black pepper
