Sift the flour in a bowl

Add the pinch of salt

Add the half cup of water

I'm using the samosa dough method

Mix everything up until it becomes a dough. Mind you, do not add the oil because it is for use later not now

Knead a little and cut into six dough pieces

Roll in a circular shape and keep

Take one piece and roll out in a circular shape till flat and circular

Do these for all the dough and keep aside

Pick one after the other and spread a spoon of the kept oil, sprinkle some flour and place the next dough on it.

Do these till you finish with all the dough.

Now roll out to a bigger and circular dough

Keep rolling out till it's big and round

Place you non stick pan on the stove in a medium heat

Place the rounded dough in pan to heat a little

Don't heat too much if not it will be hard and eventually break.

Turn to the other side if the first side is heated enough.

When both sides are okay,take it down to seperate it and cut into your desired shape of samosa wrap.

Shred the beef meat, season and fry

It's optional to have any addition.

When you shape your samosa wrap, pour desired amount of meat into it close and keep till all is done
