Schezwan khari

In a mixing bowl take chopped onion, capsicum and tomato. Add salt, black pepper powder, schezwan chutney and tomato ketchup. Mix well.

Take khari biscuits. Scoop with thumb or fork from the top and make cavity. Do this gently.

Fill each cavity with prepared stuffing. Apply some grated cheese on them and enjoy.
