Marinate Hilsa fish head with salt & turmeric powder. Heat oil in pan & fry Hilsa head.Keep aside. Then add nigella seeds & dried red chilli in pan. Add boiled Kachu saag, turmeric powder, green chillies & salt.

Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt & sugar.Cover & cook it for 5 minutes.Then add Fried Hilsa head & mix it well with Saag. It's done. Serve it with steamed rice.
