Ingredients

20+20 minutes
6-8 servings
  • 150 gFlora
  • 150 gSugar
  • 2lge eggs
  • 135 gGF Plain flour
  • Round tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tspxanthum gum
  • 1 tspflavour essence

Steps

20+20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar together

  2. 2

    Whisk in eggs

  3. 3

    Mix in flour, baking powder and xanthum gum. Make sure to fold air into the mix.

  4. 4

    Mix in essence

  5. 5

    Line 2 round tins with baking paper. Divide cake mix between tins.

  6. 6

    Bake each cake in air fryer for 20 minutes at 160⁰C
