Slice shallots into thin pieces. Boil water. When water is boiled, put the shallot slices into the water and cook for around 3 minutes until you can smell the aroma.

While waiting for the water to boiled, wash the spinach, tomatoes, corns (and any other vegetables you use)

Put all the veggies into the water and cook for another 3 minutes. If you use hard vegetables such as carrot or corn, you might want to put the hard vegetables first (spinach later), and cook them longer.

Add salt and vegetables stock for flavor. Use your feeling. Put little first then taste, and add more until you feel the flavor is right for you. Stirr and cook for another 1-2 minutes before serving it.
