1 cupBoiled rice -
3Egg -
1 tspSoy sauce -
tspChilli sauce -1
1Tomato sauce -
2 tbspOnion -
2 tbspFrench beans -
2 tbspCabbage -
1 tspGinger, garlic paste -
1 pinchCumin seeds -
as requiredSalt - to taste
2 tbspOil -

Heat oil in a wok.
Add cumin seeds to crackle.Add ginger, garlic paste saute till light brown.

Add onion,french beans,cabbage and saute for 4-5 mins.Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce

Add egg salt boile,rice and little amount of water and saute for 5 mins.
Serve with raita.
